Adopting Hope from China

Widow being served: Bernice

Eric and Angie Williamson

Welcome to the Williamson Family Project Page!

Eric and Angie have answered God's call and stepped out in faith to adopt a little girl - Hope. The Williamson Family worked on a widow's home to help raise funds to cover the high cost of adoption.

The Williamson's project is for Bernice, a Deaf, 73-year old widow. During the April tornados, Bernice never heard sirens and was unaware when a large tree fell into the side of her home while she slept. She is thankful to still be able to live in the home that she and her husband shared, but it is an old home and in great decline. While insurance covered the immediate damage to her roof and ceiling, the affected room still has water-damaged walls in need of repair. In addition, her porches and siding need to be repaired and repainted.

So on February 11, the Williamson family and the team of volunteers worked on her home. Each volunteer are raising sponsorship for their day of work. Since most of the supplies for the repairs on the widow's home are being donated, 100% of the money raised will help bring home this little girl home to her forever family.
