Welcome to the Morris Family Project Page!!

Alex and Jill have answered God's call and stepped out in faith to adopt 4 1/2 year old Vincent from Beijing, China. The Morris family and a team of volunteers will be working on a widow's home to help raise funds to cover the high cost of adoption.

Ms Ardie's husband, a pastor for 30 years, was in a fatal accident last year. On October 8, the Morris family and a team of volunteers will be finishing the home repairs, woodworking, and landscaping projects that Mr Flower's had started before he passed away. The volunteers on this project will be sponsored for the day while they work on Ms Ardie's home - much like a 5K race or golf tournament- however instead of running or golfing, the volunteers will be helping a widow in need.

"We count it an honor to have worked on Mrs. Ardie's house by doing a Both Hands project.  Because of an amazing team of volunteers and donors, a leaking roof was fixed, a badly washed out driveway was leveled, a large dead tree was cut down and hauled away, mounds and mounds of branches and brush were cleared, flowers and plants were planted, a deck was rebuilt, ceilings were painted, a sliding glass door was repaired, damaged siding was replaced, a house was pressure washed, carpets were steamed cleaned and a garbage disposal and sink were installed.  Special thanks to A-Z exteriors for providing the roof repair.  We are trusting the remaining funds will come in so we can bring Vincent home to his family here in America.
